You can set LookUp as an online library system for traditional library materials or as an online information system for unpublished and semi-published information. You can re-name the core fields and add your own and create templates for different types of information. All in all it is a very flexible information management system.

Imagine running your library from anywhere at any time. There is nothing to install on your desktop or your server - you just use a browser! So you will have no worries about installation, maintenance or accessibility. LookUp online library software is entirely hosted and accessed via the internet and will integrate smoothly with your Intranet or Extranet.

All-inclusive monthly price

No separate fees for hosting; we offer one fee for which covers all ongoing costs, including:

• Licences for modules
• Initial consultancy help with branding and setting up the OPAC access
• Distance Support helpline via telephone or email
• System maintenance and data backups
• Automatic upgrades and enhancements
• Data storage on a SQL Server database
