Administrator Interface

With any of the setup options below, the administrator(s) interface is only accessible via personal password security. The administrator manages the catalogue via secure web forms created and maintained by Bailey Solutions Limited. The web forms are hosted by a reliable UK based Internet Service Provider.

The administrator has many options in setting up the catalogue for users, including standard and user-defined fields.

User Setup Options

• Public catalogue - unlimited access by members of the public. Visit Cruising Association to search a public Lookup catalogue.
• Extranet - integrated with your Extranet - you control access to the online catalogue.
• Intranet - integrated with your Intranet - only users with access to your Intranet can find the online catalogue.
• Stand alone - you don't need an Intranet or Extranet - we can provide you with a stand alone online catalogue - with or without public access.
• Branding - we add your logo and style choices.

Database server

Lookup runs on Microsoft®'s SQL Server database, hosted by a reliable UK based Internet Service Provider. Your data is backed up every night.
