"LookUp continues to be the key gateway to information in the Department of Children and Young People, South Gloucestershire. The system has grown in size to over 2,000 publications that include reports, websites, procedures and serials. Staff continue to use Lookup to meet their information needs and this is reflected in an increase in daily searches. A key factor to an increase in the use of LookUp by staff is the involvement of Departmental Heads to encourage their staff to use Lookup as a key source of information. The Communications team also continues to create awareness about the uses of LookUp to ensure that it is exploited to its full potential.
LookUp is fast, reliable and easy to use, notable though is its flexibility. This characteristic has enabled us to request the Bailey Solution's team to incorporate new features to the system that suit our organisation. We have for example been able to incorporate
